三立柱半潜式平台的上部组块人字形甲板设计 被引量:2

摘要 为适应三立柱式平台的船体结构,对三立柱半潜式平台的上部组块结构设计思路进行探讨,设计研究一种高效、经济的三立柱半潜式平台甲板结构设计方案,该设计基于三立柱半潜式平台的上部结构,也适用于三立柱张力腿平台及三立柱深吃水立柱式平台的上部结构。通过SACS软件对三立柱半潜式平台的甲板结构进行计算校核,验证人字形甲板设计的可行性,发现人字形甲板的双层桁架式结构可以在70m以上的跨度满足甲板强度要求。与箱型结构的甲板相比,桁架式结构具备更好的空间优势、结构强度优势和结构冗余度,使其应用于大跨度三柱半潜式平台时,有更好的结构强度和更轻的结构重量等优势。 In order to adapt to the hull structure of a three column platform, the design i- dea of the upper block structure of the semi-submersible platform of the three column is dis- cussed, and a design scheme for the semi-submersible platform deck structure of an efficient and economical three vertical column is designed and studied. The design is based on the su- perstructure of the three column semi-submersible platform, and it also applies to the upper structure of the three column tension leg platform and the three column deep draft column type platform. The deck structure of the three column semi-submersible platform is calculated and checked by SACS software to verify the feasibility of the design of the human shaped deck. It is found that the double deck truss structure of the human shaped deck can meet the requirements of the deck strength at the span of more than 70 m. Compared with the deck of the box structure, the truss structure has better spatial advantages, structural strength ad- vantages and structural redundancy. It has the advantages of better structural strength and lighter structural weight when it is applied to the large span three column semi-submersible platform.
