渤海稠油油田注汽锅炉选型技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据渤海某稠油油田开发的特点,对注汽锅炉选型的关键因素(如:燃料选择,配置型式、规模,取水方式和余热利用等方面)进行研究,并提出相应的解决方案。研究表明:在海上稠油油田开发中,为减少运营费用,锅炉燃料应首选平台自产伴生气,然后是自产原油。注汽锅炉宜采用多台并联布置的立式锅炉,取水多采用海水淡化方式,并根据注汽锅炉特点进行烟气和锅炉水的余热综合利用。 According to the characteristics of the offshore heavy oil field development in Bohai Sea, the research is carried on the key factors of gas injection boiler type selection such as fuel selection, configuration form and size, ways of taking water, waste heat utilization, and corresponding solutions are provided. It can be concluded that in order to reduce the oper- ation costs in offshore heavy oil field development, fuel choice for the gas injection boiler should be in the following order., associated gas from the field, associated crude oil. The gas injection boiler should adopt the vertical boiler with parallel arrangement, and the water in- take should adopt the seawater desalination method. According to the characteristics of the gas injection boiler, the waste heat of the flue gas and the boiler water is comprehensively uti- lized.
