摘要 由于超大型箱船的超长结构和大开口特性,水平弯曲和扭转对总纵强度影响较大,且舱口角隅处有明显的应力集中现象。基于英国劳氏船级社(Lloyd’s Register of Shipping,LR)规范,运用结构强度的直接计算方法对某超大型集装箱船进行有限元分析以及应力集中区域的细网格分析。由分析可见,作为双岛型船舶,机舱前端和燃油舱后端作为扭转边界承受较大合成应力,结构形式须合理设计。 Due to the super long structure and large opening of ultra large container ships,the horizontal bending and torsion have significance influence on the longitudinal strength,and there is obvious stress concentration at the hatch corner.Based on the Lloyd's Register(LR)rules,the finite element analysis of the ultra large container is carried out by the direct calculation method of structural strength,and the fine mesh analysis of the stress concentration region is performed.It is known from the analysis that,as a double-island ship,the front end of the engine room and the back end of the fuel tank are subjected to a large synthesis stress as the torsion boundary,and the structure form needs to be reasonably designed.
