摘要
介绍钻台挡风墙结构的设计方法,并通过改变结构布局、优化材料选型和连接形式,有效减轻结构自重、缩减工时。钻台挡风墙结构主要考虑静载、拖航、正常作业和风暴自存等4组工况,利用SACS软件对钻台挡风墙结构进行建模、分析及后处理,并根据ABS MODU规范对结构进行强度校核。分析结果表明:优化后的钻台挡风墙结构具有足够的强度和刚度,满足规范要求。
The design method of the derrick windshield wall structure is introduced.By changing the structure layout,optimizing the material selection and connection form,the structure is reduced in weight and the working hours are reduced effectively.The structure of the drilling rig wind-break wall is mainly considered of four groups of static load,towing,normal operation and storm,the structure of the wind-break wall is modeled,analyzed and post processed by SACS software,and the strength of the structure is checked according to the ABS MODU specification.The analysis results show that the optimized structure of the wind-break wall is of enough strength and rigidity to meet the specification requirements.
