太极拳的发展与对外传播——以太极拳故里焦作近五年的情况为例

The development and spread aboard of Shadowboxing——taking the status in the past five years of shadowboxing's hometown Jiaozuo as an example

对太极拳故里焦作市近五年太极拳的发展和对外传播进行研究,结果表明:(1)太极拳世界推广的主体是政府、高校、科研院所、民间社会力量、大师海外推广;(2)推广状况呈现出以中国为核心,以日本、韩国、东南亚、澳大利亚、法国、美国、瑞典、英国、墨西哥、芬兰等国家为中心,逐渐向南美洲、中东、非洲、中美洲、中亚等国家和地区辐射,当下的太极文化影响力尚处在浅表层面;(3)推广举措和成效主要有:太极拳推广列入政府发展规划,硬件建设保障太极拳世界性推广,培育师资为推广太极提供人力资源,搭建平台全面开展太极科学研究,宣传推广扩大太极拳对外影响,产业发展为太极拳走出去增添后劲。建议将"太极拳走出去"上升为国家文化战略,合理布局"国家级孔子学院太极拳培训基地",全力推进太极拳申报世界非物质文化遗产,积极推进太极拳和太极文化的产业发展;尽快成立"世界太极实验室"和"太极文化研究中心"。

Study on the development and external propagation of shadowboxing in Jiaozuo city in the past five years.The result shows：（1）the main body of world shadowboxing promotion is government,university,research institute,civil society force,master overseas promotion.（2）the promotion situation presents to taking China as the core,with the center of Japan,South Korea,southeast Asia,Australia,France,the United States,Sweden,the UK,Mexico,Finland and other countries radiate to South America,Middle East,Africa,Central Asia and other countries.At present,the influence of Shadowboxing culture is still superficial;（3）Promotion measures and results mainly include：The promotion of Shadowboxing should be included in the government’s development plan;Hardware construction ensures the worldwide promotion of Shadowboxing;Training teachers to provide human resources for the promotion of Shadowboxing;Set up a platform to conduct scientific research on Shadowboxing;Publicize and expand the external influence of Shadowboxing;The development of industry gives Shadowboxing more strength to go out.It is suggested that Shadowboxing go outside should be promoted as a national cultural strategy,reasonable layout of＂National Confucius Institute Shadowboxing Training Base＂,promoting Shadowboxing to declare the world intangible cultural heritage,actively promote the development of Shadowboxing and its culture,establish＂World Shadowboxing Laboratory＂and＂Shadowboxing Culture Research Center＂as soon as possible.
