Two Issues in Studying the Acquisition of ba (把)-construction

文章讨论"把"字句习得研究中的两个问题:把字句的回避现象以及研究结果的普遍性。文章认为,基于作文语料库得到的"把"字句的使用率和偏误率等,反映的都是书面语言中"把"字句的使用情况。文章强调,一、由于把字句内部小类众多,仅仅依据总体使用率来讨论回避现象是不全面的;二、语言能力有不同的类型,反映书面语言能力的偏误率无法自动推广到其他领域,比如即时口语交际中的"把"字句运用情况。

This paper discusses two issues in the study of ba （把） -construction ： the avoidance phenomenon and the gen- eralizability of research results. The article argues that the utilization rate and error rate of ba-construction found in composi- tion-corpus-based studies reflect the use of ba-construction in written language. The article emphasizes that ： 1 ） Since ba- construction contains many sub-types, it is not comprehensive to discuss the avoidance phenomenon of ba-construction based only on the overall utilization rate ; and 2） language ability has different types, and the error rate of written language ability cannot automatically be generalized to other fields, such as online oral communication.
