苏州吴歌历史悠久、底蕴深厚,是吴文化的杰出代表。随着历史的变迁,吴歌的发展虽历经起伏,却依靠着传统的文化基因延续生命、展示魅力。2006年,以芦墟山歌、白茆山歌、河阳山歌等为代表的苏州吴歌遗产项目成功入选首批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。然而,随着全球化、现代化、城市化的加速推进,苏州吴歌正面临消亡的危机。因此,保护和传承苏州吴歌对于发掘吴歌价值、弘扬吴文化、推动文化多样性和坚定文化自信有着重要的现实意义。

Wu Ballads, which has a long history and a rich background, is an outstanding representative of Wu Culture. Thanks to its traditional cultural genes, although the development of Wu Ballads has gone through the ups and downs in the course of history, Wu Ballads sustain and continue to show the charm. In 2006, representative cultural heritage items of Suzhou＇s Wu Ballads,such as Luxu Folk Songs, Baimao Folk Songs and Heyang Folk Songs, were selected successfully into the first list of national intangible cultural heritage. However, with globalization, modernization and urbanization, Wu Ballads in Suzhou are facing the crisis of extinction. Therefore, protecting and inheriting Suzhou＇s Wu Ballads is of great practical significance of exploring the value of Wu Ballads, promoting Wu Culture, promoting cultural diversity and firming confidence in culture.
