摘要
高校教育者与受教育者因成长时代的不同,呈现出明显的代际差异,这给高校学生工作带来重大挑战。代际思维下"引导型"高校学生工作体系创新构建的源动力是实现民族伟大复兴、遵循学生成长规律和满足学生成长期望。"引导型"高校学生工作体系的基本理念是"善管理,重引导",主要从思想政治教育、学生日常事务、心理健康指导、学生资助育人和就业指导等五个维度创新构建学生工作体系。
Inter-generational differences between educators and students due to the different periods that they live and grow up have brought serious challenges for student work in universities.The driving forces of the innovation of guided student work system are to realize great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and satisfy the expectations and needs of students.It takes good management and guidance as the basic beliefs.The innovation of guided student work system in universities can be carried out from the five perspectives of ideological and political education,students＇ daily affairs,psychological health guidance,student funding and employment guidance.
