摘要
人才培养方案是学校组织和管理教育教学过程的主要依据,是学校对教育教学过程和教学质量进行监控和评价的基础性文件。在师范类专业认证背景下地方非师范本科院校英语师范人才培养由于其自身的特点,在制定培养方案时,以培养"英语好,教育强,口径宽"的应用型师范人才为目标,构建以教育教学能力培养为主体,按基本素质模块、基础技能模块、语言技能模块、专业综合能力模块和专业能力拓展模块,循序渐进的课程体系,坚持"多课程、少课时、小学分"的课程设置原则,实行小学期制等手段化解这些难题,培养合格的师范人才。
The personnel cultivating program is the gist in the management of the teaching process and the basic document to monitor teaching process and evaluate the quality of education. On the background of professional certification of teacher-training, based on their own characteristics, the personnel cultivating programs for English teacher profession in local non-normal universities should aim at cultivating qualified practice-oriented normal personnel characterized with a good command of English,being expert in teaching practice and being capable of getting employed in other trades by establishing the progressive curriculum system made up of the module for basic quality, the module for basic skills, the module for language skills, the module for comprehensive professional ability and the module for professional development with the comprehensive professional ability as its main objective, sticking to the principle of "more courses, fewer periods and credits for each course" and making several weeks in summer vacation as short semesters for professional training.
