“一带一路”人才基本素养及其课程路径分析

自2013年,"一带一路"战略已成为我国最主要的国家战略之一,"一带一路"建设需要大量的复合型人才,结合"一带一路"战略的合作地域和合作内容,"一带一路"人才必须具备专业知识、中国与沿线国家的人文基础知识、英语能力、国际视野和跨文化交际能力。当前课程体系只能培养"一带一路"人才所需的专业知识和中国国情文化知识,无法满足"一带一路"建设的需要。为尽快培养出优秀的"一带一路"人才,必须加强大学英语课程体系建设,提高学生的英语应用能力,特别是专业知识的英语输出能力和中国文化的英语输出能力,同时新增"一带一路"沿线国家文化选修课程和跨文化交际课程,提升学生的国际视野和跨文化交际能力。各课程体系合力培养"一带一路"人才所需的各种能力。

Since 2013, ＂The Belt and Road initiative＂has been one of the main strategies in China, which needs a large number of compound talents. According to its cooperation regions and content, The Belt and Road talents must possess professional knowledge, cultural knowledge about China and other countries, English proficiency, international vision and intercultural communication competence. The currently courses system only can cultivate the professional knowledge and Chinese cultural knowledge, can＇t meet the needs of ＂The Belt and Road initiative＂. Higher education should establish a more perfect college English curriculum system, improve students practical ability, especially their English output abilities of professional knowledge and Chinese culture, add cultural courses which introduce the cultures of The Belt and Road countries and intercultural communication course, improve students＇ international vision and intercultural communication ability. All courses combine to cultivate qualified talents.
