摘要
阐述建筑施工企业参与PPP的现状,梳理关键政策文件精神,重点分析PPP管理新政对建筑施工企业的影响,最后针对PPP市场从起飞到平飞的转变以及各类新矛盾、新问题、新风险的不断出现,提出几点应对策略。
First,this paper describes the development status of construction enterprises in the field of PPP,and sorts out the spirit of key policy documents. Then,analyzes the impacts of PPP management new policy on construction enterprises. Finally,in the face of the transition from take-off to flat flight in the PPP market,and with the continuous emergence of new contradictions,new issues,and new risks,proposes several coping strategies.
