Research on the Model Selection of Prefabricated Building Project Based on Cost Optimization

通过比较EPC模式与DBB模式的特征,得出EPC模式能有效降低装配式建筑成本,并基于动态规划理论,通过对每个阶段的资源投入量和成本进行分析,推导证明这一结论。分析EPC模式降低装配式建筑成本的机制,即这种模式能实现一定的"范围经济"、能有效避免各主体之间沟通协调障碍、能使各方主体意图被明确传达、能够实现资源更加有效的配置。

This paper compares the characteristics of EPC mode and DBB mode,gets the conclusion that EPC mode can effectively reduce the cost of prefabricated building. Based on the dynamic programming theory,analyzes the resource inputs and cost of each phase,proves this conclusion. Finally,analyzes the mechanism of EPC mode reducing prefabricated buildings cost,that is,this model can achieve a certain ＂scope economy＂,effectively avoid the com mu nication bar r iers bet ween the main body,make the subject intent clearly communicated,realize more efficient resource configuration.
