摘要
农民合作社在我国农业资本深化背景下遇到了私营资本聚焦零售环节与政府扶持资金效率低下这两大挑战,陷入价格垄断与产能过剩的双重困境。由此,生产合作型、资本收益型合作社以及区域融合型合作组织可能成为合作社发展的三种模式路径。
During the tendency of Capital Deepening,Agricultural cooperatives in China now faces two challenges： Private Capital focusing on retails and Public Capital losing its efficiency,which left it the dilemma of Monopolized Sales Price and Overcapacity.To overcome the difficulties,Joint-producing Cooperatives,Capital-gaining Cooperatives and Regional-integrating cooperatives can be the three possible Cooperatives development types.
