摘要
历代医家均把滞针视为针刺意外事故,但近年来有学者提出了'滞针术'和'滞针手法'。笔者在临床工作中也发现:人为的造成所谓'滞针',可以使针感持续地保持强烈反应,其刺激量较一般刺法强烈数倍,疗效也十分显著。现就操作方法及临床应用简介如下。
'Stuck-needle'method is the means of mainta-ining the continuous intense reaction of the needlingsensation by producing the artificial stuck needle.The author employed this method to treat 286 casesof rheumatic arthritis,and other 134 cases were tr-eated with the electric acupuncture as the controlledgroup.As the result,the total effective rate of the'stuck-needle'method and that of the electric acu-puncture were respectively 93.36 per cent and 89.55per cent.The statistical processing reveals greatlynotable difference(P<0.005)in between the twogroups.It indicates the great value of the methodfor being disseminated in clinical application.
