摘要
目的通过分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者三维能量多普勒超声血流参数与血清性激素水平以及两者之间的关系,探讨三维能量多普勒超声在诊断多囊卵巢综合征中的应用。方法选取本院妇科门诊就诊的51例PCOS患者作为PCOS组,另以同期入院体检的51例健康妇女为对照组。观察2组卵巢内三维能量多普勒超声血流成像,测定卵巢三维能量多普勒超声血流参数,检测血清性激素水平,并分析三维能量多普勒血流超声参数与血清性激素水平之间的相关性。结果对照组卵巢内血流信号呈分散星点状,走行规则;PCOS组卵巢内血流信号呈树枝状或长棒状,数量丰富。PCOS组VI、FI、VFI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);PCOS组T、E2、LH、FSH、LH/FSH水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。VI与LH、LH/FSH均呈正相关(r值分别为0.307、0.462,P<0.05);FI与LH呈正相关(r=0.326,P<0.05);VFI与LH、LH/FSH呈正相关(r值分别为0.376、0.425,P<0.05)。结论三维能量多普勒超声可客观评价卵巢内血流分布与血流指标,对多囊卵巢综合征有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To analyze the relationship between Doppler ultrasound parameters and serum sex hormone in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome( PCOS),so as to explore the application value of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Totally51 patients with PCOS were selected as the PCOS group,and 51 healthy women were selected as the control group. The blood flow imaging in the ovary of all the women were detected by Doppler ultrasound,their gonadal hormone concentrations were also detected,and the correlation between Doppler ultrasound parameters and serum sex hormone was analyzed. Results The blood flow signals of the control group were walking regularly with punctiform scatter. The blood flow signals of the PCOS group were dendritic or long stick,abundant in quantity. The VI,FI and VFI of the PCOS group were all higher than the control group( P〈0. 05),and the T,E2,LH,FSH and LH/FSH levels of the PCOS group were all higher than the control group( P〈0. 05). There was positive correlation between VI and LH,VI,LH/FSH( r = 0. 307,r = 0. 462,P〈0. 05). There was positive correlation between FI and LH( r = 0. 326,P〈0. 05). There was positive correlation between VFI and LH,VFI,LH/FSH( r = 0. 376,r = 0. 425,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound can objectively evaluate the distribution of blood flow and blood index in the ovary,and has a high diagnostic value for polycystic ovary syndrome.
