热敏灸在创伤性膝关节炎患者中运用对关节液及血清中MMP3、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8水平的影响

Effect of thermosensitive moxibustion on joint fluid and the levels of MMP3,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with traumatic arthritis

目的研究热敏灸在创伤性膝关节炎患者中的运用对关节液及血清中MMP3、IL-6、IL-8水平的影响。方法选择2016年8月-2017年8月在本院治疗的90例创伤性膝关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合热敏灸治疗,所有患者均在治疗前及治疗后采用酶联免疫检测关节液及血清中MMP3、IL-6、IL-8,对比2组患者关节液及血清中炎症因子水平的变化,并对比2组患者关节功能。结果治疗后2组患者血清中MMP3、IL-6、IL-8均较前明显升高,观察组高于对照组;治疗后2组患者血清中MMP3、IL-6、IL-8均较前明显下降,观察组低于对照组患者;治疗后2组患者血清中HSS和KSS评分均较前明显升高,观察组高于对照组患者。结论热敏灸有助于缓解关节腔积液,促进关节功能缓解。

Objective To study the effect of thermosensitive moxibustion on synovial fluid and the levels of MMP3,IL-6 and IL-8 in the patients with traumatic osteoarthritis. Methods Ninety traumatic osteoarthritis patients were collected during August 2016-August 2017 in our hospital as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group; the control group was treated with conventional therapy,while patients in the observation group,on the basis of conventional treatment,were also treated with thermal moxibustion therapy; the synovial fluid and serum MMP3,IL-6 and IL-8 in all patients were treated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment,and the joint functions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,serum MMP3,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in both groups significantly decreased than that before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group. After treatment,the serum HSS and KSS scores significantly decreased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion is helpful to relieve joint effusion and promote joint function relief.
