活血祛瘀汤对股骨粗隆间骨折患者关节功能和骨代谢指标的影响

Effect of Huoxue Quyu Decoction on joint function and bone metabolism index in patients with femur fracture

目的研究活血祛瘀汤对股骨粗隆间骨折患者关节功能和血清中骨代谢指标的影响。方法选择2016年5月-2017年5月在本院行股骨粗隆间骨折手术的患者40例作为观察组,所有患者在股骨粗隆间骨折常规治疗的基础上联合活血祛瘀汤进行临床干预,选择2015年5月-2016年5月实施常规治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者40例作为对照组,采用Harris评分评价2组关节功能,并对比2组患者骨代谢相关指标的水平。结果观察组患者术后第3个月、6个月、12个月时Harris评分均高于对照组患者;观察组患者血清中BALP、PICP、BGP水平均高于对照组;而t-PINP、β-CTX水平均低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后管径、血流量、血流峰时度均较治疗前升高,且观察组更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血祛瘀汤有助于改善股骨粗隆间骨折患者关节功能和血清中骨代谢指标及下肢血流。

Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Quyu Decoction on joint function and serum bone metabolism index in patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Forty patients with intertrochanteric fracture operation in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group. All patients were treated with Huoxue Quyu Decoction on the basis of routine treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,and the patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur during May 2015-May 2016 were selected. 40 cases were selected as the control group. The joint function of the 2 groups was evaluated by Har RIS score,and the levels of bone metabolism related indexes between the 2 groups were compared. Results The Haris scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the third month,the sixth month and the 12 thmonth after operation,and the levels of serum BALP,PICP and BGP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of t-PINP and beta-CTX were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The diameter,blood flow and blood flow peak time of the 2 groups were higher than that before treatment,which was more obvious in the observation group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Huoxue Quyu Decoction can improve joint function,serum bone metabolism and lower limb blood flow in patients with intertrochanteric fractures.
