摘要
为降低西葫芦采后损耗,从产品外观要求与分级、质量安全检测、分级包装、冷链配送、质量追溯等方面提出了明确的技术规范。对西葫芦产品进行商品化处理,有利于其品质管控,实现优质优价,促进高质量发展。
In order to reduce the loss of summer squash after mining, technical specifications were clearly put forward from the aspects of appearance requirements and classification of products, quality safety inspection, classification packaging, cold chain distribution, quality tracing and so on. Commercial treatment of summer squash products was conducted and that was propitious to its quality control and management, achieving high quality and high price, and promoting high quality development.
