近年来,BIM技术作为工程建设信息化发展中重要的角色,在施工进度、成本管控和提升质量方面有明显优势。越来越多的铁路施工企业开始改进和创新BIM应用管理方法与技术。本文从铁路施工企业BIM技术应用体系现状、存在的问题、构建的方法、构建的内容以及保障措施等方面入手,深入探讨铁路施工企业BIM技术应用体系构建的意义与过程,从而提升企业整体BIM技术应用水平。

In recent years, as an important role in the development of engineering construction information, BIM technology has obvious advantages in construction schedule, cost control and quality improvement. More and more railway construction enterprises are beginning to improve and innovate the BIM application management methods and technologies. This paper starts with the status quo, existing problems, construction methods, contents and safeguards measures of BIM technology application system, and discusses the significance and process of constructing BIM technology application system so as to enhance the overall BIM technology application level in railway construction enterprises.
