摘要
近年来BIM技术作为我国建筑施工行业发展的主要技术手段,越来越多的施工企业开始改进和创新BIM应用管理,但都以单点技术应用为主要方式。本文将3D建筑模型与施工进度计划进行关联形成基于4D综合管理平台。通过实践应用更科学指导施工过程中的生产流程、施工进度、物料消耗,安全质量等信息进行管控,有效提升管理水平。
In recent years, BIM technology is the main technical means of construction industry development in our country. More and more construction enterprises begin to improve and innovate BIM application management, but the application of single point technology is the main method. In this paper, the 3D building model was connected with the construction schedule plan to form a 4D integrated management platform. Through practical application, it could guide the production flow, construction schedule, material consumption, safety quality and other information in the construction process to control and effectively improve the management level.
