现代学徒制视野下的高职国际旅游人才培养模式研究

The Study on the Higher Vocational International Tourism Talent Training Mode Based on the New Apprenticeship System

随着我国将成为世界最大的旅游目的地国和第四大旅游客源国,培养高素质的旅游英语人才成为当务之急。为了更好地构建旅游英语专业人才培养模式,本文对江苏省高职旅游英语专业人才培养现状进行了调查研究。调查结果显示,大多数学校人才培养目标不明晰,人才培养层次不清楚,人才培养的实习就业岗位不明确。基于此,本文提出建立"分向并行、多维进阶式"国际化人才培养模式,构建"一核心、双主线、三模块"的课程体系。

In the wake of emergence of China as world＇s largest tourist destination and the fourth largest source country of tourists,cultivating high-quality English-speaking tourism talents has become indispensible and urgent. Seeking to construct a more effective talent training mode for tourism English major,this thesis conducts an investigation into the current situation of tourism English major talent training in Jiangsu vocational institutes. It is indicated in the research that the majority of them have unspecified aims,unclear levels of talent training and unclear internship and employment positions in talent training. Based on this,this article puts forward some solutions such as parallel but diversely-oriented international talent training mode in multi-dimension and stage,one-core,double-spine and triple-module curriculum system.
