浅谈工匠精神在现代学徒制中的内化培养

工匠精神的培养,不限于对工匠精神的理解,重要的是"知行合一"的内化。四川乐山一职中汽修教研组在"如何培养工匠精神"方面,把工匠精神的培养融入到"四位一体""二元三段"式的现代学徒制试点中,在此过程中内化工匠精神,现已初显成效。

The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is not limited to the understanding of craftsmanship,and what is important is the internalization of ＂the unity of knowledge and action ＂. In the research group for automobile repair in Leshan No. 1 Senior Vocational School has integrated the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit into the pilots of ＂Four-in-One＂and ＂Two-Three-segment＂modern apprenticeship and internalized the craftsmanship spirit in the process,which has already begun to show results.
