摘要
本文通过对广东监狱警察工作满意度的调查,分析广东监狱警察工作满意度的影响因素以及工作满意度体现在人口统计变量上的差异。结果发现,广东监狱警察工作满意度总体水平为中等,在9个工作满意度的构成维度中,晋升、工作本身和利益满意度较低,同事、报酬和交际工作满意度相对较高。年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、工龄、不同职级、职位类别、警衔和单位性质共8个人口学因素对工作满意度差异显著。研究结果将为广东监狱警察管理水平的提升提供有效的借鉴。
Based on a survey on the job satisfaction degree among prison police officers in Guangdong province,the author analyzed the factors that might affect the job satisfaction degree and differences indicated in the demographic variable. As the results show,the overall job satisfaction degree among prison police officers in Guangdong tends to be moderate in level; being low in promotion,job itself and benefit,while being high in colleague,remuneration and interpersonal relation. Type of word,eight demography factors of age,educational background,marital status,length of service,job position,type of work,rank and workplace nature may remarkably influence the police officers' job satisfaction degree,in the nine dimensions of job satisfaction degree. It is the author's desire to provide some useful reference for better administration of prison police in Guangdong province.
