摘要
在中等职业教育教学改革的背景下,传统的教学模式已经不能适应当前教学改革的需要,技师学院教学模式创新势在必行。本文将行动导向教学法应用到中职学校专业课教学中,以开发学生的创造力为本位,旨在提高学生的专业认知能力,启迪学生创造性思维,变"考分"为"考能",发挥学生创造才能;主张既发挥学生的主体作用,又发挥教师的主导作用,只有这样才能促进学生生动、活拨、主动地发展,使学生真正掌握知识和技能。
Based on the teaching reform of secondary vocational education,the traditional teaching mode cannot adapt to the current demand of teaching reform and the teachers should innovate teaching mode. This paper applies the action-oriented teaching method to secondary vocational professional courses to develop students' creativity and professional cognition ability. The new teaching mode not only can improve the score,but also improve students' abilities. In the new teaching mode,the students take up the main position and the teachers play the leading role. Only in this way can it improve students' comprehensive ability and enable students to master knowledge and skills.
