本文立足于中职学校学生"工匠精神"的培养,分析了中职生"工匠精神"缺乏的原因,探讨了在文化课教学过程中如何将"工匠精神"的"专、严、精"与教学内容、教学目标、教学方法进行有效融合,从而提高学生的职业素养,为国家培养精益求精、爱岗敬业、一丝不苟的专业技能人才。

This paper is based on the cultivation of vocational school students＇ ＂craftsmanship spirit＂,analyzes the reason of the lack of ＂craftsmanship spirit＂of vocational students,discusses how to effectively integrate ＂craftsmanship spirit＂with teaching content,teaching objectives and teaching methods in the cultural course teaching process,so as to improve the students ＇occupation accomplishment,and cultivate professional skill talents with excellence,dedication,strict quality for the country.
