高等院校农科专业学生实践能力培养研究——基于沈阳工学院农科专业学生的调查

Research of Cultivating College Students' Practical Ability in Specialities of Agriculture——Based on the Investigation of Students Majoring in Agriculture of Shenyang Institute of Technology

实践能力是大学生就业实力的体现,当代大学生实践能力普遍偏弱,加强实践能力培养是以应用型为主高等院校的首要内容。要培养现代化农业人才,就要认识到学生的实践能力在培养农业人才中的重要性。在注重学生课堂学习的同时,还应更加重视学生在实践能力方面的提升和发展。基于沈阳工学院农科专业大学生的实践能力展开问卷调查,分析以应用型为主的高等院校农科专业学生实践能力,从实践育人的视角,提出对卓越农林人才能力培养的启示。

Practical ability is the embodiment of college students＇ employment strength. The practical ability of contemporary college students is weak, to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability is the first part of the transformation of colleges and universities. The cultivation of application-oriented talents should pay more attention to the improvement and development of students＇ practical ability while focusing on the students＇ classroom learning. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the practical ability of agricultural college students in Shenyang Institute of Technology, analyzing the present situation and main problems of the practical ability of agricultural students in colleges. From the perspective of practical education, the enlightenment of cultivation of agricultural talents ability is put forward.
