我国主要农林院校博士研究生招生制度改革探讨——“申请——考核”制与普通招考制度的比较

Exploration on the Reform of Doctoral Students' Enrollment of the Main Agriculture and Forestry Universities——Based on the Comparison of “Application-assessment”System and General Enrollment System

中国农林院校正逐步开展博士研究生招生改革工作。选取排名前十的农林类高校作为研究对象,对博士研究生招生"申请—考核"制与普通招考制度的报名条件、报名材料和选拔流程进行比较分析,总结出"申请—考核"制使招生院校对申请者的选拔更加谨慎、增强了申请者与导师的交流等共性的改革特点,对完善我国博士研究生招生提出合理建议。

China＇s agriculture and forestry universities are carrying out the reform of doctoral students＇ enrollment. This article selected the top 10 in agriculture and forestry universities as research objects, comparing and analyzing the application conditions, application materials and selection processes of ＂application-assessment＂ system and the general enrollment system. It found that ＂application-assessment＂ system makes the selection more careful and enhances exchanges of applicants and supervisors. This paper tried to explore the reform of enrollment system and provide reasonable suggestions.
