摘要
德国高等职业教育起步较早,具有职业导向的培养目标、特色鲜明的培养模式和多元化的资金支持等特点,在与企业联合培养、"双师型"教师队伍建设、案例教学、衔接职业资格认定和培养质量评价等方面积累了丰富的经验。学习借鉴其成功的经验,对提升我国全日制农业硕士的培养质量具有重要意义。
Higher vocational education in Germany starts early, has the characteristics of vocational oriented training goal, distinctive training mode and diversified fund support, and so on. It is of great significance to improve the quality of full-time master of agriculture in China by learning from its successful experience and learning from the rich experience accumulated in such aspects as the joint training with enterprises, the construction of "double qualified" teachers, case teaching, the identification of vocational qualifications and the evaluation of training quality etc.
