小针刀联合二妙丸加减方治疗湿热浸淫型强直性脊柱炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Syndrome of Excessive Dampnessheat Ankylosing Spondylitis with Small Needle Knife and Ermiao Pill

目的：观察小针刀联合二妙丸加减方治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的临床疗效。方法：随机的将患AS的60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以二妙丸加减方口服治疗,治疗组予以二妙丸加减＋小针刀闭合性松解术治疗,两组均以6个月为治疗疗程。结果：治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：针刀联合中药二妙丸加减方的治疗方法,是对湿热浸淫型AS患者有显著疗效的一种治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of small needle knife combined with ErmiaoPill in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods：60 patients with AS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ermiao Pill,and the treatment group was treated with Ermiao Pill and small needle knife. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Results：The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Small needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine Ermiao Pill is a therapeutic method for the treatment of patients with hot and humid type AS.
