中医内外治法结合治疗蛇串疮临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Herpes Zoster with TCM Internal and External Therapies

目的：观察中医内外治法结合治疗蛇串疮的疗效。方法：选取110例蛇串疮患者随机分成对照组36例,针罐组37例,针罐加汤药组37例。对照组口服阿昔洛韦、甲钴胺,针罐组给予针刺加刺络拔罐治疗,针罐加汤药组给予针刺加刺络拔罐结合中药汤剂的治疗。结果：治疗后,3组患者的VAS分值均分别比治疗前有所降低（P〈0.05）,且对3组患者治疗后的VAS分值进行对比,3组间差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组有效率为63.89%,针罐组为75.68%,针罐加汤药组为86.49%,3组间的治疗效果具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中医内外治法结合治疗蛇串疮疗效优于阿昔洛韦联合甲钴胺用药的疗效,针灸拔罐结合中药汤剂的疗效优于单纯针罐疗法。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of herpes zoster. Methods：110 cases of herpes zoster were selected,and randomly divided into control group（n=36）,traditional Chinese medicine group 1（TCM1,n=37）,traditional Chinese medicine group 2（TCM2,n=37）. The control group took acyclovir and mecobalamine. TCM1 was treated with acupuncture and puncture with cupping therapy. TCM2 was treated with acupuncture and puncture cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Results：After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were lower than before（P〈0.05）. Comparing the VAS score after treatment of the three group,the differences between the three groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The control group had an effective rate of 63.89%,TCM1 had 75.68%,TCM2 had 86.49%. The therapeutic effect of the three groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of combined treatment of herpes zoster with the treatment of herpes zoster is better than that of acyclovir and mecobalamine. The curative effect of acupuncture cupping therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal is better than that of acupuncture and puncture with cupping therapy.
