热敏灸联合物理疗法治疗神经性头痛临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Thermal Moxibustion Combined with Physical Therapy on Neuropathic Headache

目的：研究热敏灸联合物理疗法治疗神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将2015年11月—2016年11月110例神经性头痛患者随机分成两组,观察组采用热敏灸联合物理疗法治疗,对照组采用单纯物理疗法,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的疼痛程度以及头痛发作情况。结果：两组的临床总有效率分别为94.55%和78.18%,观察组的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗后1周、1个月时,观察组的VAS评分均明显的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗后1个月,观察组的头痛发作次数、持续时间均明显的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组患者的MSQ评分（包括功能受限、功能障碍以及情感3个部分）比较无显著的差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后,两组患者的MSQ评分均显著的升高,且观察组的MSQ评分明显的高于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：热敏灸联合物理治疗减轻了神经性患者疼痛,缓解了头痛症状,提高了临床疗效,是一种治疗神经性头痛的有效方法。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion combined with physical therapy in the treatment of neuropathic headache. Methods：110 patients with neuropathic headache from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with thermal moxibustion combined with physical therapy,while the control group was treated with simple physical therapy. The clinical efficacy,the degree of pain before and after treatment and the incidence of headache were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the two groups were 94.55% and 78.18% respectively,the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;At 1 week and 1 month after treatment,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;One month after treatment,the number and duration of headache episodes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;Before treatment,compared MSQ scores（functional limitation,dysfunction and emotion）,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment,the scores of MSQ in both groups were significantly increased,and the MSQ score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Thermal moxibustion combined with physical therapy reduce neuropathic pain,relieve the symptoms of headache,improve clinical efficacy,and is an effective treatment for neuropathic headache.
