健脾方为主辨证加减治疗剥脱性唇炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Jianpi Decoction in the Treatment of Exfoliative Cheilitis

目的：观察以健脾方为主加减治疗剥脱性唇炎的临床综合疗效。方法：将2016年4月—2017年3月本院门诊收治的剥脱性唇炎患者62例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各31例,两组一般资料比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,具有可比性。对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组采用以健脾方为主辨证加减治疗。两组疗程均为20 d,治疗20 d后对两组病例的平均证候积分及临床疗效进行对比观察。结果：治疗组和对照组治疗后各证候积分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后治疗组各证候积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率（93.55%）明显高于对照组（61.29%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组病例在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论：以健脾法为主,临床辨证加减治疗剥脱性唇炎临床疗效确切,无明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of exfoliative cheilitis. Methods：62 cases of exfoliative cheilitis patients from April 2016 to March 2017 in outpatient of our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group（n=31）and control group（n=31）,there was no significant difference between two groups in the general information（P 0.05）,comparable. The control group was treated with Western medicine alone,while the treatment group was treated mainly with Jianpi Decoction. The two groups were treated for 20 days. After 20 days treatment,the average syndromes scores and clinical effects of the two groups were compared and observed. Results：The scores of syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After treatment,the scores of syndromes of the treatment group were lower than it of the control group（P0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group（93.55%）was higher than that of the control group（61.29%）（P0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion：Focus on the spleen strengthening method,clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of exfoliative cheilitis shave exact clinical curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction.
