针灸配合中药治疗慢性腰肌劳损对其疼痛程度及腰部功能障碍程度影响分析

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine on the Degree of Pain and Lumbar Dysfunction in the Treatment of Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的：探讨针灸配合中药治疗慢性腰肌劳损对其疼痛程度及腰部功能障碍程度的影响。方法：选取2016年10月—2017年10月我院收治的慢性腰肌劳损患者86例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各43例,对照组患者单纯给予温针灸治疗,研究组患者给予温针灸联合骨宝口服液治疗,治疗结束后评价两组患者临床疗效,对比两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、背肌力、腰部耐力时间、疼痛程度及腰部功能障碍程度变化,并评价两组患者的生活质量。结果：研究组患者的总有效率显著较对照组提高（P〈0.05）;治疗前,研究组与对照组患者的中医证候积分、背肌力、腰部耐力时间对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后,研究组与对照组患者的中医证候积分明显较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,背肌力、腰部耐力时间明显较治疗前升高（P〈0.05）,且研究组患者中医证候积分、背肌力、腰部耐力时间改善程度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗前,研究组与对照组患者的VAS评分及CODI指数对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后,研究组与对照组患者的VAS评分及CODI指数均明显较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,且研究组患者的VAS评分及CODI指数降低程度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组患者的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质功能评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸配合骨宝口服液治疗慢性腰肌劳损可显著提高临床疗效,并能减轻患者疼痛程度,改善患者腰部功能障碍,提供患者的生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the degree of pain and lumbar dysfunction in patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain. Methods：From October 2016 to October 2017,86 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into study group and control group,43 patients in each group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion only. The patients in the study group were treated with warm acupuncture combined with Gubao Oral Liquid. After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the TCM syndromes score,back muscle strength,waist endurance time before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The degree of pain and the degree of lumbar dysfunction were evaluated and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated. Results：The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in TCM syndromes score,back muscle strength and lumbar endurance time（P〈0.05）before treatment. The scores of TCM syndromes in study group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,dorsal muscle strength,waist endurance time were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the TCM syndrome score and dorsal muscle strength of patients in study group were significantly higher than those before treatment. The improvement of lumbar endurance time was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in as score and CODI index（P〈0.05）. The VAS score and CODI index of the patients in the study group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the VAS score and CODI index of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the somatic function and psychological function of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of social function and material function were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Gubao Oral Liquid in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate the pain degree of patients,improve the lumbar dysfunction of patients,provide patients with quality of life,and the safety is relatively high,worthy of clinical promotion.
