针刺按摩治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutical Effect of Acute Prolapse of Intravertibral Disc in Lumbar Region Treated with Acupuncture and Massage

急性腰椎间盘突出,目前治疗多限于静卧、封闭、牵引或手术等,往往病程长,恢复较慢,增加或延缓了病人的痛苦。作者为了探讨本病在急性期更简便、经济、速效的诊治方法,几年来研究出用手触摸为主的诊断及采用针刺和按摩相结合的方法经治118例,取得了手到病除令人满意的疗效,现将结果报告如下。

The authors used the methods of acupunctureand massage to treat 118 cases of acute prolapse ofintravertibral disc in lumbar region.The acupunctu-re was mainly performed in Zhibian,Chengfu,We-izhong,Xuaushu,and Mingmen,and it was the in-and-out needling,so needles were not retained.Massage was performed mainly on Du and UrinaryBladder meridian.The treatment was given oncedaily at the beginning and changed into oncefor every second day when the symptoms were imp-roved.Acupuncture and massage were provided atthe same time.As the result,111 cases were cured(94%),5 were markedly effective(4%),2 wereimproved(2%),and no cases of failure.
