Exploration on Application of Low Temperature SCR Denitration Technology in Sintering Process

烧结烟气成分复杂,烟气温度低,处理难度大。分析了烧结烟气的组成及特点,概述了烟气SCR脱硝的应用现状。针对不同工艺存在的问题,对几种烧结烟气脱硝技术的可行性,进行了比较,展望了这些工艺的工程应用前景。

The treatment of sintering flue gas is difficult because of its complex composition and low temperature. In this paper,the compositions and characteristics of sintering flue gas were analyzed,the present application situation on the SCR technology of flue gas denitration were reviewed. According to different process existing problems,the feasibility of several kinds of flue gas denitration technology was specially discussed and compared. At last,an outlook on the development trends of the technologies was given.
