摘要
以梅钢冷轧1420酸轧机组测张辊为例,分析了原设计测张辊在结构上设计缺陷是造成钢带划伤主要原因。从辊子的轴承选型、轴承腔密封、轴承座固定方式、辊面形态等方面进行改进,取得了良好效果和经济效益。
The measuring tension roll for the 1420 PL-TCM of Meishan-steel cold rolling mill as an example,this paper analyzes the main reason for the steel strip scratch caused by the structural defect in the original design of the tension roller. From the selection of roller bearings,bearing cavity seal,bearing seat fixed way,roll surface shape and other aspects of improvement,and achieved good results and economic benefits.
