摘要
对干熄焦用QT600-3焦罐衬板热应力分析及衬板裂纹原因分析。分析结果表明干熄焦工况条件下,QT600-3长期受热会膨胀,多点拘束容易产生裂纹。改用单点固定,两点支撑的衬板固定方式,并且选用铁素体球墨铸铁或耐热球铁代替QT600-3,提高使用寿命。
By analyzing the thermal stress of the liner of QT600-3 coke bucket for coke dry quenching（ CDQ） and analyzing the reasons of lining cracks,it is considered that QT600-3 will expand in a long time under the condition of CDQ,and the multi-point restraint will lead to crack easily. Use a single point fixed,two support lining plate fixed way,and choose ferrite ductile iron or heat resistant ductile iron instead of QT600-3. The service life is improved.
