北京南站等大型客运枢纽高架落客区车流组织优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 为缓解大型客运枢纽高架落客区拥堵,提高大型客运枢纽高架落客区服务能力,在阐述北京南站概况的基础上,分析引起北京南站二层高架落客区交通拥堵的原因,包括高峰小时落客能力不足、物理隔离设施割裂功能区影响整体功能发挥等,提出北京南站二层高架落客区斜列式落客停车位布置优化方案,并采用VISSIM软件作为仿真手段,对斜列式停车区落客能力进行仿真评估,结果得出采用斜列式泊位能够大幅改善北京南站二层落客区交通拥堵情况,并具有良好的经济社会效益。 In order to relieve congestion of large passenger terminals and improve the service capacity of large passenger transport hub drop-off area, on the basis of describing the general situation of Beijing South Railway Station, this paper analyzes the reasons for causing traffic congestion on the second floor drop-off area of Beijing South Railway Station. The reasons include lack of capacity and insufficient passenger capacity in peak hours and physical isolation facilities separate functional areas and affect overall function. In this paper, we propose an optimization plan for the layout of Beijing South Railway Station second level elevated drop-off area indented parking and use the VISSIM software as a simulation method to evaluate the drop-off capability of the indented parking area. The result shows that the use of indented parking can greatly improve the traffic congestion in the second floor drop-off area of Beijing South Railway Station, and has good social and economic benefits.
