摘要
我国铁路主要使用普通平车运输大型车辆,在铁路装载时一直依靠人工手段,不仅装载难度高、安全性低,而且作业时间长、人员消耗量大,在一定程度上对装车效率造成影响。研究在分析大型车辆铁路装载过程现状的基础上,针对大型车辆铁路装载存在装载时间较长、装载过程信息化水平有待提高、装载过程存在安全隐患的问题,设计一种基于磁导航技术的大型车辆铁路装载智能化引导系统,可以实时计算车辆与平车边缘距离,并具备调节功能,给驾驶员提供直观信息,使其可以在无外部提示的情况下掌握车辆与平车相对位置关系,同时不改变原有装车模式,为提高车辆装载效率、确保铁路装载现场安全提供一种可行技术手段。
Large vehicle transport in China mainly uses flat cars and always relies on artificial means during railway loading. There are such problems as high difficulties in loading, poor safety, long working hours, and high labor consumption, which affects the loading efficiency to some extent. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of railway loading process for large vehicles and combined with on-site loading requirements, an intelligent guidance system for railroad loading of large vehicles based on magnetic navigation technology is designed. The system can calculate the distance between the vehicle and the edge of the flat car in real time, and it has the adjustment function to provide the driver with intuitive information so that the driver can be informed with the relative position between the vehicle and the flat car without external prompts and changing the original loading mode. It provides a feasible technical means for improving the efficiency of vehicle loading and ensuring the safety of railway loading sites.
