住房消费对农民工城市融入的影响及其差异研究——基于CGSS2013数据分析

A Study on the Impacts of Housing Consumption on Migrant Workers' City Integration and Their Differences——Based on the Analysis of CGSS2013

本文运用模糊集理论构建农民工城市融入评价指标体系,并基于2013年中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS2013)实证研究住房消费对农民工城市融入的影响及其差异性。研究发现,住房产权属性和住房居住面积均与农民工城市融入具有显著正相关关系。住房消费对农民工城市融入的影响在不同群体间呈现出差异性,已婚农民工比未婚农民工更重视住房产权和住房面积,老一代农民工比新生代农民工更重视住房产权。

Applying fuzzy set theory to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of migrant workers＂ city integration and basing on CGSS2013, this paper empirically studies the impact of housing consumption on migrant workers＇ city integration and their differences. The study finds that both housing property right and housing residential area have significant positive correlation with migrant workers＇ city integration. The influence of housing consumption on migrant workers＇ city integration is different among different groups. Married migrant workers pay more attention to housing property rights and housing area than single migrant workers, and older generation of migrant workers pay more attention to housing property fights than the new generation of migrant workers.
