摘要
采用固相氧化技术,以三氯化铁为氧化剂、纳米氧化锌为添加剂,在不锈钢表面制备出聚吡咯(PPy)/氧化锌(ZnO)复合膜和聚噻吩(PTH)/ZnO复合膜。采用极化曲线(PC),循环伏安曲线(CV)和电化学阻抗技术(EIS)等技术研究了复合膜的稳定性以及耐腐蚀性能。实验结果表明:PPy/ZnO复合膜的循环伏安面积比PTH/ZnO复合膜的大,采用复合膜保护的不锈钢其自腐蚀电位比裸不锈钢高0.8V以上,不锈钢与腐蚀性介质发生腐蚀时其Δ_rG=-257kJ/mol,而采用复合导电高分子膜保护以后,其Δ_rG=-778.9kJ/mol,不锈钢/PPy/ZnO的容抗弧半径比不锈钢/PTH/ZnO的大,表明不锈钢/PPy/ZnO对不锈钢保护作用效果最好,因此,按反应热力学看,复合导电高分子膜能够起到保护不锈钢的目的。
Polypyrrole/zinc oxide(PPy/ZnO)composite film and polythiophene(PTH)/ZnO composite film were prepared on the surface of stainless steel by using solid phase oxidation technique,using ferric chloride as oxidant and nano zinc oxide as additive.The stability and corrosion resistance of the composite film were studied by polarization curve(PC),cyclic voltammetry curve(CV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The experimental results showed that the cyclic voltammogram area of PPy/ZnO composite film is larger than that of PTH/ZnO composite film,and the corrosion potential of stainless steel protected by composite film is 0.8 Vhigher than that of bare stainless steel.When stainless steel corrodes with corrosive medium,ΔrG=-257 kJ/mol,and after the composite conductive polymer film is used for protection,theΔrG=-778.9 kJ/mol,the radius of capacitive arc of stainless steel/PPy/ZnO is larger than that of stainless steel/PTH/ZnO,indicating that stainless steel/PPy/ZnO has the best protection effect on stainless steel.Therefore,according to the reaction thermodynamics,the composite conductive polymer film can protect stainless steel.
