费-托轻质油催化裂解工艺条件优化 被引量:1

OPTIMIZATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR CATALYTIC PYROLYSIS OF FISCHER-TROPSCH LIGHT WEIGHT OIL

摘要 在固定流化床实验装置上,进行了费托轻质油催化裂解工艺条件优化。用等体积浸渍法,以磷酸氢二铵和过渡元素盐溶液对ZSM-5分子筛催化剂进行复合改性。分别用正交设计法和单因素考察了工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺优化条件为反应温度640℃,剂油比8,空速8h^(-1),在此条件下,丙烯产率可达到30.70%,丙烯在液化气中的含量可达59.33%。 The process conditions of Tropsch light oil catalytic pyrolysis were optimized on a fixed fluidized bed experimental device.ZSM-5 was prepared by the equal volume impregnation method with diammonium hydrogen phosphate and transition metal salt solution composite modified.The reaction temperature,catalyst to oil and space velocity were investigated by orthogonal design method and single factor investigation,and the optimized technological conditions were obtained.From the optimized technological conditions,the reaction temperature has the greatest effect on the target product,the ratio of catalyst to oil and the space velocity was less.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the optimum process was 640℃,catalyst to oil was 8,and the space velocity was 8 h^-1.The yield of propylene can reach 30.70% under the optimized technological conditions,and the content of propylene in LPG can be up to 59.33%.
