从“胆主决断”论治抑郁症

Treatment of Depression from the Theory of “Gallbladder Controls the Power of Decision”

抑郁症是一种常见的情感障碍性疾病,现阶段对抑郁症的认识主要从肝气郁滞、侵及五脏为主,而胆在本病病机演变过程中的重要性却鲜有论述。笔者通过对中医典籍中有关"胆主决断"的搜集整理,发现"胆主决断"作为胆重要的生理机能之一,其功能失常在抑郁症发展过程中同样是一个不可忽视的因素。"凡十一藏,皆取决于胆",若胆主决断功能正常,则五脏六腑功能正常,气机调畅,气血和调,机体生理活动稳定。反之,则可导致气郁、痰、火等病理因素的产生,脾胃、胆、心、肝等脏腑功能低下。因此本文从胆主决断的内涵、胆失决断与抑郁症关系以及从胆论治抑郁症等多个方面出发,阐述从胆论治抑郁症的科学内涵,以期对临床有所指导。

Depression is a common affective disorder. At this stage,the understanding of depression is mainly from liver qi stagnation,affecting internal organs. And the importance of gallbladder in the pathogenesis of this disease is rarely discussed. I have collected Chinese medicine classics literatures about ＂gallbladder controlling decision＂,finding that as one of the important physiological functions of gallbladder,the dysfunction of Making decision and the incidence of depression is also a factor that can not be ignored in the development of depression. ＂All eleven viscenas depend on the Gallbladder＂,if the function of Gallbladder Controlling Decision is properly,then the internal organs function is normal,the body＇s physiological activity is stable. On the contrary,it can lead to Qi stagnation,phlegm,fire and other pathological factors,and it can also cause spleen and stomach,gallbladder,heart,liver and other organs dysfunction. So,this article explains the scientific connotation of depressive treatment of gallbladder from the connotation of gallbladder controlling decision,the relationship between deprivation and depression,treatment of depression from the gall bladder and other aspects,with a view to the clinical guidance.
