过敏性鼻炎是临床常见的过敏性疾病之一,其发病因素复杂多样。燥邪潜伏于人体形成伏燥则可煎灼人体阴液,影响脏腑的生理功能,进而影响鼻的生理功能,导致过敏性鼻炎发病。本文从伏燥与过敏性鼻炎相关性进行探讨,认为伏燥可从多个方面对过敏性鼻炎的发病及治疗产生影响,在防治过敏性鼻炎的过程中占有重要地位,此不仅可以充实中医"伏邪温病"的理论基础,也可为临床治疗该病提供一定的理论依据。

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common allergic diseases in clinic. The pathogenic factors of allergic rhinitis are complex and diverse. Dryness pathogenesis lurking in the human can form Fu-Zao to dry Yin fluid of body,and influence the physiological function of Zang Fu organs,then affect the physiological function of the nose that lead to allergic rhinitis. This article discusses the correlation between Fu-Zao and allergic rhinitis. This article believed that Fu-Zao may affect the pathogenesis and treatment of allergic rhinitis in many ways and plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis. This can not only enrich the theoretical basis of the traditional Chinese medicine ＂ Fu-Xie Warm Disease＂,and can also provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease.
