针刺八髎穴超前镇痛用于清宫术的思路与实践

Ideals and Practice of Analgesia in Curettage by Acupuncturing Ba Liao

清宫术引发的疼痛是难以忍受的,如何减轻甚或避免这种疼痛是临床医师亟待解决的一项课题。现有的西药麻醉方式因其自身局限性及副作用在临床应用中受到较大限制,而针刺超前镇痛效果确切,效应时间长,已有医家将其运用于清宫术中取得良好效果,但取穴及操作方法各不相同,缺乏规范性及手术特异性,不利于临床推广。基于此,笔者以"超前镇痛"理论为指导,查阅经典文献,结合八髎穴独特的神经解剖特点,针对清宫术疼痛的发生机理,提出针刺八髎穴超前镇痛用于清宫术的思路,并付诸于实践取得较好疗效。

The pain caused by curettage is unbearable,and how to relieve the pain caused by curettage is a problem that clinicians need to solve urgently. The existing western medicine anesthesia method is not conducive to clinical promotion due to its own limitations and side effects. Acupuncture preemptive analgesia is effective and the effect is long. It has been used in dilatation and curettage,and has got the effect. But points and methods are different. It is not conducive to clinical promotion. Based on the therapy of＂Preemptive analgesia＂,after reading classical literature and combining with Baliaos neural unique anatomical features,the authors come up with the idea of acupuncture analgesia for curettage analgesia,then put into practice,and has achieved remarkable curative effect.
