针刺青灵组穴治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

The Efficacy Clinical Observations of Acupuncture at Qingling Group Points in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:针刺青灵组穴(青灵、天柱、风门)治疗神经根型颈椎病,对其临床疗效进行观察。方法:将66例神经根型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各33例,治疗组针刺青灵、天柱、风门组穴,对照组针刺常规夹脊穴,比较2组治疗后McGill评分、麻木程度、临床有效率。结果:与对照组比较,针刺青灵组穴可有效降低Mc Gill评分,改善患者麻木程度,提高治疗有效率。结论:针刺青灵组穴可有效治疗神经根型颈椎病,但后期仍需大样本随机对照临床研究,其治疗机制有待于进一步明确。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Qingling group points in treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. Method： Sixty-six patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,thirty-three in each group. The treatment group acupuncture at Qingling group points,the control group acupuncture at cervical jiaji points. The McGill score、numb degree and the clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Result： After treatment,the Mc Gill score and numb degree between the two groups were statistically marked,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better to the control group,the P value of the two groups was less than 0. 05,which showed the difference between the two groups was obvious. Conclusion Acupuncture at Qingling group points has an exact therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and is better than acupuncture at cervical jiaji points.
