宋元明时期酸枣仁配伍治疗失眠用药思维研究

Study of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae Combination on Insomnia Din the Song Yuan Ming Dynasty

目的:通过对宋元明时期酸枣仁配伍治疗失眠的用药规律研究,初步探索基于药性分析的酸枣仁治疗失眠的核心配方和用药规律,为临床有效治疗失眠开拓用药思路。方法:收集宋元明各时期应用酸枣仁治疗失眠175首处方,应用Excel软件和中医传承辅助平台进行数据整理,通过分析处方中主要药物药性分布及常用核心组合,研究此时期酸枣仁配方用于失眠的用药规律及思维分析。结果:从药性角度来看温性药使用频率最高,从药味角度来看甘味药使用频率最高,支持度最高的2味药为人参、茯苓,支持度最高的3味药为人参、远志、茯神。结论:酸枣仁配伍治疗失眠时多以酸枣仁、人参、茯苓、茯神和远志为基础方兼顾补养气血合理加减使用甘温药。

Objective： By studying the regularity and compatible principles of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae for insomnia in Song,Yuan and Ming dynasties,the article explored the core prescriptions and the application regularity of herbs,which may lay a foundation for improving clinical efficacy. Methods： A total of 175 prescriptions for treating insomnia in the period of Song,Yuan and Ming dynasties were collected. Literature arrangement was conducted by means of Excel software and TCM Inheritance Supporting System platform（TCMISS）. By analyzing the frequency and proportion of the properties and combinations of the herbs in the prescriptions,we studied the regularity and medication thought of the combination of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae in these periods. Results： Herbs in warm nature and sweet flavor were used most frequently. The highest support of 2 herbs in the combinations are Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng and Poria. The highest support of 3 herbs in the combinations are Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Polygalae Radix and Poria cum Radix Pini. Conclusion： When treating insomnia,the basic combination of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng,Poria,Poria cum Radix Pini and Polygalae Radix and with the herbs in warm nature and sweet flavor which can nourish Qi and Blood is commonly used.
