宫腔粘连患者子宫内膜组织中雌激素受体及孕激素受体的表达情况和临床意义分析

Expression and clinical significance of ER and PR in endometrial tissue of patients with intrauterine adhesion

目的研究宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)患者子宫内膜组织中雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)和孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)的表达方式和临床意义。方法选择2016年在成都市锦江区妇幼保健院因IUA行宫腔镜检查的患者24例为观察组,因不孕症行宫腔镜检查患者26例为对照组。所有患者均采用免疫组化法和实时荧光定量技术检测子宫内膜组织中ER-α,ER-β和PR的表达情况。结果观察组子宫内膜组织ER-α、ER-β蛋白的表达水平在增殖期[(0.653±0.039)、(0.498±0.024)]和分泌期[(0.524±0.014)、(0.387±0.029)]均高于对照组[(0.591±0.013)、(0.449±0.011),(0.476±0.029)、(0.327±0.016)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PR蛋白表达水平为(2.75±0.97),对照组为(3.21±1.05),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IUA患者子宫内膜组织中ER表达水平高于非IUA子宫内膜组织,均表现为月经周期性,PR的表达方式与非IUA子宫内膜组织没有明显差异。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of ER and PR in endometrial tissue of patients with intrauterine adhesion （IUA）. Methods A total of 24 patients who underwent hysteroseopy for IUA in Chengdu Jinjiang Maternity and Child Health Hospital in 2016 were selected as the observation group. 26 patients who underwent hysteroscopy for infertility were selected as the control group. The expression of ER - α, ER - β and PR in endometrial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and real - time fluorescence quantitative technique in all patients. Results The expression levels of ER - αand ER -β protein in the endometrial tissue of the observation group were higher in proliferative phase [ （ 0. 653 ± 0. 039 ） , 1. 498 ± 0. 024 ） ] and secretory phase [ （0. 524±0. 014 ）, （0. 387 ±0. 029 ）] than those of the control group [ （0. 591± 0. 013 ）, （0. 449 ±0.011 ）, （0. 476 ±0. 029）, （0. 327 ± 0. 016 ）], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression level of PR protein in the observation group was （2. 75 ± 0. 97） and in the control group （3.21 ± 1.05 ）. There was no significant differences between the two groups（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of ER in endometrial tissue of IUA patients was higher than thai in non -IUA endometrial tissues, and they all showed menstrual cycle. The expression of PR was not significantly different from that of non - IUA endometrial tissue.
