摘要
目的观察早孕妇女药物流产后应用仿生物电刺激治疗促进子宫修复的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2017年6月青岛市市立医院自愿要求行早孕药物流产的妇女260例的临床资料,药物流产后根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组130例。观察组采用PHENIX-USB4神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪进行治疗,对照组采用传统口服药物治疗。于药物流产排出胚胎组织后2周及第1次恢复月经后复查,观察阴道出血量、出血时间、月经恢复时间及经阴道B超检查结果。结果观察组阴道流血量及流血时间[(34.20±10.28)m L,(6.89±0.89)d]均低于对照组[(98.63±8.64)m L,(12.65±2.43)d],月经恢复时间[(28.36±2.60)d]早于对照组[(35.08±1.58)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B超检测显示,观察组宫腔组织残留发生率(6.15%)低于对照组(28.40%),无残留物者子宫内膜厚度[(13.68±6.57)mm]高于对照组[(8.03±2.14)mm],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仿生物电刺激是一种安全有效、简单、无创的治疗方法,为药物流产后的子宫修复提供了新的治疗途径。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bionic electrical stinmlation therapy in improving uterus recovery after medical abortion. Methods Clinical data of 260 patients who had medical abortion in Qingdao Municipal Hospital between June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods after medical abortion: observation group underwent bionic electrical stimulation therapy using PHENIX - USB4 (n = 130 ) , control group underwent traditional oral drug therapy (n -- 130). Vaginal hemorrhage amount,hemorrhage duration, menstrual reback time and uhrasonography were compared between the two groups, in two weeks after medical abortion and menstrual recovered. Results In observation group, women' s vaginal bleeding amount was lower,duration was shorter , and menstrual recovery time was shorter than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Based onuhrasonography, the residual incidence of embryonic tissues in observation group(6. 15 % ) was lower than that in control group (28. 40 % ), and the endometrium with no residues [ (13.68± 6. 57 )mm ] was thicker than that in control group [ (8. 03± 2. 14)mm ] (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The bionic electrical stimulation is a safety, effective and non - invasive therapy, which provides a new treatment for uterus recovering in women after medical abortion.
