临床路径在孕期产前检查中的应用研究

目的探讨临床路径在孕期产前检查中的应用价值。方法选择2016年1月至2017年10月于深圳市南山区人民医院产科门诊接受产前检查并分娩的720例孕妇,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组360例采用常规产前检查和孕期保健健康教育,观察组360例实施临床路径管理,成立临床路径小组,根据孕周建立产前检查路径表和孕期健康教育路径表。比较两组剖宫产率、产检费用、健康教育达标率、患者满意度。结果观察组剖宫产率(22.50%)低于对照组(40.83%),满意率(96.67%)高于对照组(87.50%),心理调适、用药知识、孕期自我监护、营养均衡达标率均优于对照组,以上各项两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径应用于孕期产前检查对促进自然分娩、增加孕期保健知识意义重大,同时还能提高孕妇满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of clinical pathway in prenatal pregnancy examination. Methods From January 2016 to October 2017, 720 pregnant women who received antenatal care in obstetrics clinic and deliveried in Shenzhen Nanshan People＇s Hospital were divided into 2 groups by random number table method. In the control group, 360 eases were given routine prenatal examination and health education during pregnancy, and 360 cases in the observation group were implemented clinical pathway management. The clinical pathway group was established, and the antenatal checklist and health education path table were established according to gestational week. The two groups were compared with the rate of caesarean section, the cost of examination, health education compliance rate and patients satisfaction. Results The cesarean section rate （22. 50 % ） of observation group was lower than that in the control group （ 40. 83 % ）, the satisfaction rate （ 96. 67 % ） of observation group was higher than that in the control group（87.50 % ）, the observation group＇s psychological adjustment, medication knowledge, self- care during pregnancy, and nutritional compliance rate were all better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of clinical pathway in prenatal pregnancy care is of great significance for promoting natural childbirth, increasing knowledge of pregnancy health care, and improving the satisfaction of pregnant women. It is worthy of clinical application.
